Our fee structure for managing property is clear and transparent with NO HIDDEN COSTS and consists of a monthly management fee which our team member can agree with you on our initial meeting to give you a clear understanding of the profitability of your property let. During your let there are no hidden extras and our fees are very competitive giving an unrivalled quality service. Our services:
- All marketing material for the property, including the lettings board
- Finding you a suitable tenant
- Taking up full references and credit checks
- Drawing up a tenancy agreement
- Full video of the property and taking a Schedule of Condition and inventory
- Collecting the rent and accounting to you monthly
- Making regular inspections of the property and reporting any irregularities
- Advising on any repairs that are necessary or if any works are required to bring the property in line with current legislations
- Answer any questions you may have: i.e. Gas Certificates, EPC's and Landlords insurance and tax
We can tailor the package to suit the individual Landlord's circumstances and needs. We provide a full property management or a tenant find service with or without rent collection.
